1 Introduction and Acceptance

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bt77 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. bt77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account information current and accurate.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bt77 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, and bt77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

bt77 permits each user to hold a single registered account only. If bt77 identifies that a user holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances may be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited. bt77 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds paid out as a result of multi-accounting.

3.4 Account Currency

bt77 accounts for users in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). USDT balances are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. bt77 reserves the right to adjust the exchange rate applied to USDT conversions and will display the applicable rate during the deposit process.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bt77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. bt77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity.

4.1 Acceptable Documents

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or birth certificate. Proof of address may be established by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

4.2 Verification Timeframes

bt77 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 72 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Enhanced due diligence checks may take longer. Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a user fails to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe, bt77 reserves the right to restrict or close the account and to withhold any balance pending resolution of the verification process. bt77 will cooperate with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or money laundering.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

bt77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and bt77 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on bt77 is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. bt77 may impose additional deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming controls or at the request of the account holder. 5.2 Deposit Processing

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

If bt77 identifies a deposit originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated for USDT withdrawals. bt77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval, subject to verification status and the payment method selected.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. bt77 reserves the right to impose aggregate daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, details of which are displayed within your account settings.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) you must have deposited at least once using a valid payment method; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full; and (d) your account must not be subject to any ongoing investigation or security review.

6.3 Withdrawal to Source

bt77 operates a withdrawal-to-source policy wherever technically feasible, meaning that withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, bt77 may request additional information to facilitate the withdrawal via an alternative approved method.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bt77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotions (collectively "Promotions") to new and existing users. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and validity period are stated on each individual Promotion page. bt77 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where the eligibility conditions are not met.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

bt77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; making low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; exploiting any technical error or unintended behaviour of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; and coordinating with other users to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, bt77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.

7.3 Promotion Amendments

bt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a Promotion is amended after a user has already opted in, bt77 will endeavour to honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to the anti-abuse provisions above.

8 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the bt77 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and, where applicable, the bt77 sportsbook rules. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules.

8.1 Casino Games

Casino games on bt77 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman) — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Spribe, and others. Where a definitive reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. bt77 shall not be liable for any winnings that were dependent on a game outcome affected by a technical malfunction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt77 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from criminal activity, or depositing funds with no genuine intention to engage in gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bt77.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, error in odds, or unintended Platform behaviour to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider in relation to legitimate bt77 transactions. bt77 reserves the right to recover chargeback amounts through legal means.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through third parties acting on your behalf.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bt77 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, trade marks, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bt77.

The bt77 name, logo, and associated marks are trade marks of bt77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trade marks without express prior written permission.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bt77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bt77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and bt77 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

bt77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the lawful operation of the Platform or by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your bt77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal requirements being met.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bt77

bt77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is identified or suspected; (c) the account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) it is required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority; or (e) bt77 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other users.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet activity). bt77 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the equivalent remaining balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts after a minimum 30-day notice period communicated to the registered email address. bt77 will make reasonable efforts to return remaining balances to verified dormant account holders upon request.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt77's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage; (c) any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) interruptions to the Platform caused by events outside bt77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bt77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bt77 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to your registered email address. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or minor formatting adjustments) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as relevant to bt77's offshore operations. bt77 operates as an international offshore gaming platform and these Terms do not create any rights or obligations under the domestic law of Bangladesh that would not otherwise exist.

16.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bt77 account, you should contact the bt77 support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support at bt77.io. bt77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If a resolution is not reached through the internal complaints process, bt77 may agree to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution service.

16.2 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be pursued on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against bt77.
